About the Program!
In this mental health education program we are creating a platform to create a safe space that engages adolescents in an important, yet often overlooked, conversation. Mental health professionals and UC Davis students are teaming up to deliver an interactive mental health curriculum to 9th grade students at Oliver Wendell Holmes Junior High School in Davis, CA. Through open dialogue and education, we aim to reduce the negative stigma associated with mental health challenges, promote mental health, and improve mental health literacy.
